1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.

- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return request after receiving the product.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product.
- You received a damaged or defective product (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof).
- The product is not delivered within 15 business days (excluding delays beyond our control such as courier restrictions, natural calamities, strikes, etc.).

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (customer to provide bank details).
6. Partial Refunds
