1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return request after receiving the product.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • You received a damaged or defective product (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof).
  • The product is not delivered within 15 business days (excluding delays beyond our control such as courier restrictions, natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
  • The product is out of stock after placing the order.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

4. Return Process

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back within 7 days of approval.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (customer to provide bank details).

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Only part of the order is returned.
  • The product shows signs of minor use but is still acceptable for return.
